Product Concerns and Repair Assistance
If you experience any issues with your product, please contact the TekMage Customer Service Team and provide your order details along with a description of the concern. Our representatives will assist you with the repair process if necessary.
Products determined to have manufacturing or factory defects will be covered under the warranty policy and may be repaired by an authorized service center.
To avail of warranty service, customers may be required to provide a copy of their original proof of purchase. Additional instructions regarding the repair process will be provided by the TekMage Customer Service Team. 2-Year Repair Warranty
All products are covered by a two (2) year repair warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, or any other damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
Warranty Requirements
A valid proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required for all warranty claims.
TekMage reserves the right to inspect and verify the reported defect before approving any warranty service.
